Laser Lipo

with the Meridian Lapex machine

The Lapex low level laser stimulates your fat cells causing them to release their contents of water, glycerol and free fatty acids (FFAs), thus reducing your overall size.

The Meridian LAPEX Lipo Laser System is a semi-conductor based low energy laser device that emits light at 632nm, is non-thermal and non-invasive. This Lipo Laser System was originally developed to treat carpel tunnel syndrome, but was modified for use in body contouring and spot fat reduction.

Rather than a painful incision and the risk of a scar, the Lapex 2000 BCS (LipoLaser) uses lasers to safely (and painlessly) get under the skin and target specific adipose (a.k.a fat) cells. It is through this targeted process that the Lapex machine is able to stimulate the cell itself into releasing water, free fatty acids, and glycerol without surgery. Having released these three compounds, water, free fatty acids, and glycerol (often referred to as Triglycerides), the fat cells "shrink" significantly, resulting in the desired outcome for patients: inch loss.
