Introduction

These lines are caused by natural break down of collagen and elastin fibres as we age. This natural breakdown is accelerated by factor such as smoking, sun exposure, stress and poor diet. Dermal fillers can be broadly classifiable into biodegradable (absorbable) or non-biodegradable ( non-absorbable).Biodegradable one lasts anywhere from 6-12 months; whilst the non-biodegradable fillers can last 3-5 years ( non-absorbable fillers are not used at forever young clinic).

There are many types of dermal fillers available in the cosmetic market, but at Forever Young we only use synthetically produced non-animal products consisting of Hyaluronic acid which is a natural occurring substance in our skin; such as Juvederm ultra, Restylane,Belotero, Teosyal. These fillers are non-animal based and therefore there is minimal or no risk of allergic reactions. The above mentioned products are market leaders and have outstandingly safety results, and they have consistency demonstrated predictability and safety.

Facial Fillers

Facial rejuvenations using injectable fillers involves injecting a substance into the skin to correct a wrinkle or a deep fold such as nose to mouth line. When injected beneath the skin, these fillers plump up the creased skin, they also add volume to the lips or cheeks. Injectable fillers may be used alone or in combination with other procedures such as Botox.
